Elementary Art Description

If your 3-6th grade student enjoys creating, this class is for them! The objective is to nurture a love for the creative process while teaching students to use a variety of art mediums effectively, use art tools properly, take creative risks, and learn about artists from the past. They will begin to learn the language of art and the foundational skills to think creatively. Both two and three-dimensional assignments will be incorporated as part of the curriculum. Each year different lessons will be presented so that your artist can enjoy an art experience throughout their elementary experience.
