Ruth Cline

Elementary Language Arts, MS Literature & Composition

Having always felt a tug towards ministry, Ruth earned a BA in Theology, with a minor in Missions, from Christian Life College in Stockton, CA. She served as an Associate in Missions in India and Nepal, spending her time there teaching in a Bible College and traveling throughout the two countries, ministering in various churches and villages. Upon returning home, she continued her education by majoring in English and Secondary Education at the Community College of RI and Rhode Island College. She was preparing to leave to teach English in Russia when she met her husband and decided to start a family. She has homeschooled her children for the last thirteen years and continues to do so through high school. She taught at a Classical Conversations community for five years, directing a 6th-grade Foundations class, then taught Essentials of the English Language and IEW to 4th-6th graders for two years. She then directed Challenge B, 8th grade, for two years. She is currently enrolled at Liberty University to obtain her MA. Ruth loves literature and English, and her passion is teaching.
