Brian grew up in Australia and spent thirty years in the United States military, where he worked in Special Operations and served as a diplomat. Throughout his service, he had the opportunity to live and work in South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The Citadel, a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Regent University, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Regent University. Brian is an assistant professor in the School of Business and Leadership at Regent University. He and his wife, Julia, homeschooled their son, who graduated in 2016 through KEYS.
