Geography Description

Cultural geography studies all seven continents and the people who live on them from a biblical perspective. It will help students think critically and appreciate understanding regional and cultural differences.

(Students may use an adult atlas if they already have one. This one is light, useful, and inexpensive for those who do not have one.)

One 3-ring binder (at least 1.5 inches)
College or wide-ruled paper
Pencils
Colored pencils

Prerequisites

There is no prerequisite course; however, students need to have an understanding of U.S. geography already because we won't spend much time on it.

Class Information

Parents are responsible for purchasing all textbooks and supplies before the first day of class.

KEYS will invoice supply fees at the time of registration and class selection. This fee covers materials, lab supplies, and other expenses incurred by the teacher. It is a one-time fee, transferable until August, but non-refundable.

Please note the grade level for this class. Students younger than the recommended grade levels need special permission before signing up for the class. Please contact the office for more information.
