General Science Description

General Science covers a wide range of topics, including the Scientific Method, Geology, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and much more. General Science is a lab Science and is the precursor for higher-level Sciences. Students are taught organizational skills, lab techniques, and time management. The course also includes a minor study on Robotics.

Exploring Creation with General Science, 2nd Edition, by Jay Wile
The students will also need the following supplies: a 3 ring binder (3"), several dividers, sheet protectors (at least 100).

Middle School Math (or in Middle School Math)

Class Information

Parents are responsible for purchasing all textbooks and supplies before the first day of class.

Supply fees are due to each teacher on the first day of class. This fee covers materials, lab supplies, and other expenses incurred by the teacher. They are a one-time fee.

Please note the grade level for this class. Students younger than the recommended grade levels need special permission before signing up for the class. Please contact the office for more information.
